The Parvalux product design team were given unparalleled freedom in the creation of the new HP range of planetary gearboxes, drawing on their own extensive sector experience to define the specifications and requirements for the new design. The brief was simple: create a high quality planetary gearbox for an unbeatable price.

The team used advanced product design software to model hundreds of permutations to reveal the optimum design for noise level, rolling friction and strength. Finite Element Analysis (FEA) helped them to determine the key points of stress and strain, to ensure that the gearbox would be as strong and as rigid as possible.

Each supplier and material was then carefully selected and rigourously tested to meet the strict construction and cost criteria.

The result is a highly specified, flexible unit, built in the UK, and the most competitively priced quality planetary gearbox on the market.
